Each plan includes 40 hours of work per month. Regular maintenance, helpdesk support, and improvement proposals are covered within this allocation. Larger projects like website development or app builds are quoted separately or spread across months. Additional hours are billed at ¥15,000/hour.

Yes. We handle corporate sites, careers pages, landing pages, and e-commerce site development and redesigns. Available on the Standard plan and above. Ongoing maintenance and content updates are included as part of regular operations.

Yes, annual contracts receive a 10% discount on the monthly rate. We'll present this option when you consider continuing after your trial period.

No problem at all. Companies with lower IT literacy are often the ones who benefit most from Yokunaru DX. We explain everything in plain language and also provide internal training sessions and custom manuals.

All data we manage is backed up automatically on a daily basis. We also design cloud backup strategies and conduct regular recovery tests to support business continuity in case of disasters.

We accept bank transfer (end-of-month billing, payment due end of following month) and credit card payments. Invoices are issued automatically each month.
